As always I agree with the spirit of your comments, Zara. Getting tangled up in one's attackers is not ideal, I agree, but if you do get there, it's a tactic one can use to get out. Hope for the best, train for the worst. You can't always control your circumstances enough to prevent being overwhelmed by multiple attackers.
As for taking over class, good luck! (I'd say 'Break a leg,' but that wouldn't bode well for your students ;) Anyway, it's a great opportunity for you to learn by teaching. Have a good time with it! :)
